Anti-Money Laundering

The Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act and its corresponding Regulations implement specific measures to facilitate the investigation or prosecution of money laundering and terrorist financing offences. IFIC supports these measures and comments to Finance Canada on proposed amendments to the act and regulations.
