Liane Davey, Ph.D. is a Principal and the Central Region Leader for Knightsbridge’s Organization Solutions Practice. She has over 10 years consulting experience in the areas of Business Strategy and Leadership Effectiveness.

Her areas of expertise include:

• facilitation of business strategy development;
• executive team effectiveness;
• leadership capacity and people strategy;
• culture transformation and post-merger integration;
• organization measurement and balanced scorecards; and
• employee value propositions and employment branding.

Liane is a dynamic speaker who has presented at numerous conferences and management retreats and has written articles for trade and academic journals. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario, and a Master of Applied Science and a Ph.D. in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology from the University of Waterloo. Liane has served on the executive of the Canadian Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychology and as a evaluator for the Ontario Psychological Association Psychologically Healthy Workplace Awards.  Liane’s first book, Leadership Solutions (Jossey Bass) co-authored with David Weiss and Vince Molinaro was released in Fall 2007.
