Atul Kapoor is the Director, Corporate Development for Resolve Corporation.  Atul leads a team of solution architects and process specialists focused on working collaboratively with Resolve’s key customers to develop Outsourcing Solutions for their evolving business needs.  He has over twelve years of experience managing and advising on Operations and Technology transformation initiatives within Fortune 500 companies and Governments.  During the course of his career with Resolve, Capgemini Consulting and TD Bank Financial group, he has focused extensively on operational excellence in Financial Services.  Atul has an MBA from Queen’s University and engineering degrees from McMaster University in Canada and the Indian Institute of Technology.
